Nissan to Open New Dealership for Pentagon in 2011

Nissan has joined hands with Pentagon Group for the first time to fill a four-year open point for the brand.The Yorkshire Dealer Group, one of the best rated dealerships in the U.S.,that is also on top 25 in the AM100, opened its new Nissan dealership this month. It also plans to open a second Nissan outlet in Barnsley.

According to am-online.com, Trevor Reeve, the managing director said: “The future’s looking bright for Nissan and we are looking forward to showing the people of west Yorkshire what an exciting range of cars and vans there is in its range.” Huddersfield has been an open point for Nissan for more that four years since the demise of Dixon Group.

"Having overseen the refurbishment of this superbly located town centre dealership from the start I believe we have made a bold statement, and together with my new team we plan to match this impressive new showroom with equally impressive levels of customer service,” Matthew Palmer,general manager of the new site.The Barnsley business has received planning permission and once work will be completed on the new showroom, it will start retailing Nissans by the end of this year.

Pentagon Group has grown its business significantly in recent years. It initially focused on general Motors brands like Vauxhall and Chevrolet,which still remain its partners till present.

Pentagon Nissan will be selling and servicing the full range of Nissan Vehicles, from their small class vehicles to a comprehensive selection of 4x4s and Crossovers. The Pentagon Group now also represents Chrysler, Citroen, Fiat, Peugeot, and Subaru.
