German automaker Volskwagen has announced pricing information for the new Golf Estate in the United Kingdom. Available in three trim levels, just like the hatchback model, the Estate goes on sale starting July 2 from £17,915.
Now with loadspace volume expanded to 605 liters, 100 more over the outgoing version, the new Golf Estate can offer up to 1,620 liters of cargo volume one the vehicle is loaded up to the front seat backrests and under the roof. Payload capacity is rated from 600 to 611 kilograms depending on which engine is powering the car, while loadspace is up to 1,831 mm long and at least 1,003 mm wide.
The versatile Golf Estate comes with a choice of four petrol engine which can be ordered with either five-speed manuals, six-speed manual or seven-speed DGS transmissions. On the diesel side, the German wagon offers three mills and five-speed manual, six-speed manual, six-speed DSG and seven-speed DSG gearboxes.
