Dealing with PSA Peugeot Citroen's pressrooms is a tricky business. Everything is either in French, broken, missing or not available. That's why it's been very tricky to keep up with their new 308 hatch, even though it's been designed to compete with the best selling car in Europe.
The new supposed to have its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show three months from now and we thought we'd have to wait until then to find out more. There has been no official press release that we know of saying it's entered production, but we have managed to secure photos of the 308 rolling off the assembly line in Sochaux.
There's not a lot we can learn from this photos, but there's a couple of shots showing a new two-tone interior with a white center console, a hint of a brownish color and pictures of the sheetmetal. Not even the French market configurator is up yet, so these are probably press and dealership cars, which would explain the big wheels and high spec.
