With only one week left until the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show opens its doors, Chevrolet has released a new teaser photos of its upcoming Colorado pickup truck. Developed to bring General Motors back in the US compact truck market, the new Colorado will be joined by its GMC Canyon twin at America’s final major event of 2013.
Chevrolet declined to reveal actual details, but claims the new Colorado is “engineered to be the most capable, most versatile and technologically advanced midsized truck in the market” and that it “will reinvent what a midsized pickup should be”. As for the teaser, Chevy posted a photo of a covered Colorado displayed near the 2014 Silverado and the 2015 Silverado HD. You know, the “nothing to see here, move along” type of teaser...

To be unveiled on November 20, the new Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks will rival the Toyota Tacoma and the Nissan Frontier. Ford has yet to confirm a Ranger revival for the US market, but we’d be surprised if the Blue Oval would pretend like nothing happened.
