BMW USA just released a fresh batch of commercials on its Youtube channel, some of which belong to the all-new X5 SUV. Now, we will admit some of these aren’t brand new and have been shown to Bimmer fans in Europe before, but since they so easily explain the car, we thought they were still worth showing.
By far the coolest is “Respect”, showing a gang of motorcyclists stopping to give way to the X5. You can buy a Nissan or a Honda with seven seats a lot cheaper, but an X5 will turn heads and demand respect. It’s the badge, the looks and the power, not to mention everybody will know you’re loaded.
As a reminder, the new X5 starts at $53,000 in the US, but only with a 3-liter engine and RWD. A V8-powered xDrive50i model is $68,200. That's where you really get respect!
