It seems like the guys from Ingolstadt are gaining confidence lately. How else could you explain their latest string of commercials aiming directly at their main competitors, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Lexus? And when I say directly, I mean directly, as in “specific brands and cars are shown in these clips”!
Their commercials seem to suggest that going with any other luxury manufacturer would be a compromise that few people are willing to live with. Furthermore, they also seem to imply that those who dare to go with anything else but an Audi should be ashamed of themselves. Stoning might be necessary to ‘cleanse’ them.
Whilst I did find the commercials funny, I simply can’t wait to see how Audi will cope with the responses from all 3 manufacturers they make fun of. Especially BMW. Game on, Audi! Game on!
