We know what you're probably thinking, that we've already covered Carlex Design's latest project that involves one serious Ford Ranger Raptor. And we did, but the tuner had yet to release some juicy pics of the interior, so here they are.
Since it represents the icing on the cake as far as this build is concerned, we'll start this story by reporting about that posh cabin, which looks worthy of something from the super crossover segment. Carlex Design has reupholstered nearly every touchable part in high-end leather, and the result is staggering for what is still a punchy truck.

From the dashboard and door panels to the steering wheel, center console, and seats, everything sports the premium upholstery. The chosen color was orange, with a few black accents, and we think it gives the Ford Ranger Raptor a very youthful flair. In the press release, the tuner says it's natural leather, joined by a few Alcantara touches, including the ones on the headliner. And if you think the seats are new, they're not, as they were reshaped, according to Carlex Design. Several decorative elements depicting the project's new given name round off the makeover on the inside.

But what is its new name, you ask? That would be CRX T-Rex. The sporty pickup boasts some upgrades on the outside, too. Here, Carlex mentions the obvious Line-X coating on several elements, like the bumper parts, wheel arches, side steps, radiator guard, and side mirror caps. The roof attachment, which features additional lights, and the central hood cover can be had with either a Line-X or a carbon look. The pickup rides on new 18-inch alloys with a five-spoke design, finished in black. These were wrapped in fat tires, and they spin around the orange brake calipers. Additional orange accents can be seen on the outside in the shape of various decals that bedeck the white body of the vehicle.

If you're curious about the firepower, well, Carlex hasn't touched the twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6. The EcoBoost engine is good for up to 405 horsepower in the United States, and it is rated at 392 hp in Australia and 284 in Europe. All of them feature the same goodies that turn the model into a veritable off-roader, and with the tuner's goodies installed, it looks like an expedition vehicle with a very posh cabin.

And if you have to know how much the 2023 Ford Range Raptor CRX T-Rex costs, that would be a bit too much for what is still a pickup. Carlex Design says they'd sell you one in exchange for €99,900 in Europe, before tax. That equals $110,505 at today's exchange rates. For that kind of money, you could get a new 2023 F-150 Raptor R stateside, which uses a Shelby GT500-sourced supercharged V8 rated at 700 horsepower.
