It's the case of this movie's Pakistani star, riding behind his own motorcycle on rollerblades for hundreds of feet and even doing some figure skating. The movie quality sucks big time, but the deed is still there.
As far as we can figure things, our hero has some strings attached to the bike and manages to keep it straight pulling them accordingly, possibly with the throttle locked in place for a specific speed. It's like some sort of a DIY cruise control, but we have to admit it works and serves the intended purpose quite well.
Moving past the safety issues, such as no helmet and all, this guys would leave his American or European audience breathless. This Pakistani Knievel definitely deserves better footage and popularity, as he clearly kicks major butt.
