Mopar Gifts for Christmas

Christmas is still a few good weeks ahead, but this doesn't mean a good gift idea will not be appreciated now, at the beginning of one of the most special months of the year. With that in mind, Chrysler's Mopar division announced today the goodies it has prepared for the passionate.

"From hoodies to engine blocks and slush mats to camper trailers, Mopar has everything for the car enthusiast and road-trip warrior on your list," said Pietro Gorlier, Mopar CEO.

"Whether you use your car for daily travel, business or just for fun, Mopar covers the spectrum with more than 280,000 proven quality-tested parts and accessories, many of which are available on the Mopar eStore."

The list of goodies coming from Mopar includes ten items (much more can be found on the specialist's website), starting with a special holiday ornament for the Christmas tree and ending with the camper trailers for Jeep vehicles.

Of course, there are some items which, exciting as they are, are to be considered more as a treat for Mopar fans than as a useful item. The Holiday Ornament mentioned above is one of them, but not the only one; we could include in this category the logo hoodie or the Custom USB 2GB Drive.

The list of gits however includes some very hot items, like the aluminum Gen III HEMI engine blocks (100 lbs. lighter than the 6.1L production cast-iron blocks) or the Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS), an industry first.

For gadget lovers, Mopar is offering slush mats to keep water, snow and mud off of the vehicle's carpet, or a short-throw shifter.
