Mitsubishi ASX Pricing Released

Mitsubishi has released the UK pricing for its ASX crossover, also announcing that the vehicle will be available starting from July 1st.

The vehicle lets customers choose between two powerplants: a 1.6 liter petrol engine, which develops 115 hp & 114 lb-ft of torque, using a five speed manual gearbox and a 1.8 liter DiD turbodiesel unit that offers 147 hp & 221 lf-ft of torque, being mated to a six speed manual transmission. The petrol engine comes with two wheel drive, while the oil burner can feature all wheel drive as an option.

The Mitsubishi ASX range starts at 14,999 pounds, for the version equipped with the 1.6 petrol engine and using the ASX2 basic equipment level. The diesel line-up starts at 18,549 pounds, for the two wheeled drive model featuring the ASX 3 trim level. Customers who want the 4x4 system have to pay between 20,000 and 22,049 pounds, depending on the equipment level chosen. The prices include VAT and delivery costs but exclude Government Road Fund Licence and First Registration Fee.

The ASX comes with a choice of three equipment levels:

• ASX 2 (standard) includes alloy wheels, air conditioning, Automatic Stop & Go, Active Stability Control and Traction Control, aux-in jack, keyless entry, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, dual stage front side and curtain airbags, driver’s knee airbag, tilt and telescopic steering column.
• ASX 3 gains fully automatic air conditioning, one touch starting, cruise control, heated seats, privacy glass, audio wheel controls, Bluetooth, leather covered steering wheel and shift knob, automatic lights and windscreen wipers, chrome exterior detailing.
• ASX 4 gains leather seats and Kenwood in-car entertainment incorporating iPod control, sat nav and a reversing camera.


Mitsubishi UK offers a three year warranty for the ASX, with pan-European roadside, home and accident assistance included.
