Metropolitan Police Service in Havering Keeps You Safe in New Mazda5

Mazda UK have continued their support and commitment to the Metropolitan Police Service in Havering by the recently delivering of the new Mazda5 to the St Andrews Safer Neighborhood Team.

The teams operate on every ward within London and serve the community at a local level dealing with issues as diverse as schools presentations and neighbor disputes, or more sever issues like raids on drugs venues and licensed premises.

“The Mazda5 is a fantastic vehicle for use on the borough.  Having seven seats I can transport my team to drop off points throughout the ward within a matter of minutes rather than relying on public transport.  We can attend appointments promptly and make home visits to those who require them to discuss policing matters without incurring long traveling times and delays,” St. Andrews Safer Neighborhood Sgt Paul Murray said.

According to him, the new Mazda5 has already attended a number of community and school events where it has generated a lot of interest. Mazda has worked with the Safer Neighborhood Team for a number of years now, providing special vehicles for the team to utilize while combating crime of all types.

“Mazda’s entire range is made up of sporty and stylish vehicles, with competitive pricing and running costs. Though it was only launched recently, the New Mazda5 is already establishing itself as an attractive proposition to both fleet and private buyers. With an unrivaled blend of value, practicality and desirability, we’re sure that the new Mazda5 will be nothing less than an outstanding companion and workhorse for the Havering Met Police,” Mark Cameron, Sales Director at Mazda UK added.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
