Mercedes SLK 2LOOK Edition UK Pricing

Mercedes has just announced pricing for the SLK 2LOOK Edition, a model that was officially shown to the world in March at the Geneva Motor Show. With the production series limited at 150 units, each of these models will cost 31,235 pounds ($51,150) in the United Kingdom.

The cars will be powered by Mercedes' 200 Kompressor powerplant that generates 184 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. However, the German manufacturer does not intend to launch the SLK 300 and SLK 350 versions in the United Kingdom, although both of them are already confirmed for a number of other European markets.

Getting back to the British flavor, the car will be offered in four colors, Calcite White, Mystic White, Black, or Obsedian Black Metallic. "For those who want to shimmer in the sun, Obsidian Black Metallic paint is available as an option, while designo Mystic White paint is available as a special order," Mercedes explained in a release.

Other exterior styling enhancements include 18-inch 5-twin spoke alloy wheels with a choice of two finishes, black surrounds on the headlamps and the obvious 2LOOK Edition badges mounted on each side of the car.

Inside, the limited edition brings sports seats upholstered in black and white designo nappa leather. The multi-function steering wheel, center armrest and the door panels are also covered in nappa leather, while the dashboard features a Mystic white trim. Other highlights include AIRSCARF - a neck level heating system offered as standard - heated seats and a transparent wind deflector.

All cars will be offered with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty plus Mercedes' Roadside Assistance package.
