Mercedes AMG Celebrates 2M Youtube Views: Corkscrew Drift

Automakers seem to have made a habit out of officially powersliding their cars as a way of thanking fans for on-line devotion and now we are here with a new example of what, which comes from Mercedes’ AMG.
The company took a C63 AMG Coupe to Laguna Seca in California and drifted the car, with the icing of this cake being a Corkscrew powerslide. Just negociating this high-speed, zero-visibility bend at high speeds makes on dizzy, so drifting it is pure madness, which makes this video a must-watch.

However, we have to tell you that this habit is becoming a bit too mainstream - for example, earlier today we showed you similar feats coming from Ferrari and Audi, which were celebrating Facebook milestones. Don't get us wrong carmakers, we absolutely love seeing you hooning your vehicles, but we just want something new...
