Maserati Attending Famous Men Fashion Show in Italy

The Maserati brand are part of this year’s Pitti Uomo, a top men Italian fashion event, from June 15th to 18th, presenting together with its partners a selection of the best yachting and golf apparel, casual footwear, leather bags and accessory creations.

The Maserati brand products have been created by Vuarnet, Suprem and Pellemonda and are being showcased at Fortezza de Basso, Cortille Polviera, Stand 2.

Guest of honour is the Maserati GranCabrio, the first Maserati four-seater convertible, an emblem of sophistication, elegance and timeless style designed by Pininfarina, but above all a car to be enjoyed in the open-air, capable of evoking the joie de vivre and the perfumes of the warm season that characterise the Spring-Summer 2011 edition of Pitti Uomo,” stated the press release.

The exotic open-top vehicle has a 4.7 liter V8 heart, which delivers 440 hp at 7,000 rpm and offers a maximum torque of 361 lf-ft (489 Nm). This allows the topless Maserati to leave the 62 mph (100 km/h) mark behind in 5.3 seconds and reach a top speed pf 176 mph (283 km/h)

Pitti Uomo is one of the most comprehensive and dynamic events on the men’s fashion scene and is the event of choice for companies that want to display their collections, as well as special projects. This year, the event is dedicated to the theme of Design Watching, from craftsmanship to contemporaneity, being attended by famous fashion names.
