Back in October we were telling you about what Lorinser has been cooking when it comes to the latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the W222.
There were only a couple of rendering images, but enough to make us question what on Earth has happened with the German tuner.
Lorinser was always known for creating “different” Mercedes-Benz bodykits, especially compared to Carlsson or Brabus, but they weren't as... let's say flamboyant as Mansory, FAB Design or Wald International.
Well, as it turns out, they either made the old switcharoo with Wald International – who are now making rather tasteful aftermarket front ends for three-pointed star vehicles – or they simply realized that the only way to make people talk about them more than Brabus, for example, is to create something like this.
We're not even going to bother explaining what's going on in the following photos, taken at the Essen Motor Show 2013, because we're rather appalled of their S-Class W222 bodykit with two Lorinser turbine rims and two rims from that look like they came from a 1980s Lorinser 560 SEC (C126).
