Given the specific setup of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, many owners enjoy the track-savvy toy in the setup delivered by the factory. However, the one behind the wheel of the Neunelfer that brought us here doesn't belong to that category. Instead, the driver of this Porscha decided to take his machine down the reptile path.
You see, the 3RS we have here is nicknamed Pet Lizard and a simple glance at the thing is enough to understand why.
The full body wrap on the Zuffenhausen machine looks like it came from the jungle, but things don't stop here. For instance, the black wheels of the machine come with a green lip. In fact, we're expecting this to be Lizard Green, which just happened to be the launch color for the 991.2 GT3 RS.
We must also mention the headlights. These come with a yellow tint, which reminds us of the racing world, but also feature black decals that bring the reptile eye look.
And since the Rennsport Neunelfer is animated by a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated motor that can go all the way to 9,000 rpm, the soundtrack of the thing warns its enemies on the dangers of a potential encounter.
Note that the design for this wrap comes from digital artist Scott Kepple, an aficionado whose work we featured on numerous occasions.
Speaking of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, we'll remind you that we've already featured a rendering of the 992 model. Sure, it's a little early, as this won't land until 2020 or 2021, but the Internet doesn't like to be kept waiting.
Meanwhile, we'll get to meet the 992 incarnation of the 911 GT3, which has already been spied in production trim. And the news just keeps getting better.
For instance, test cars' soundtrack has shown that the newcomer will continue to be animated by a naturally aspirated flat-six, while the optional manual gearbox will still be on the table.
