Volkswagen has released the usual two R-Line packages, one for the exterior and one for the interior, targeting the Beetle coupe.
The R-Line exterior package is sold in Europe for €1,290 and brings a rear diffuser, side panels for the lower part of the doors, colored door mirrors, 18-inch wheels and chrome surrounds for the indicators on the front bumper, Also available are a set of bigger 19-inch "Tornado" style rims in black or white.
Meanwhile, the R-Line interior package adds bolstered sports seats active-breathing in fabric and embossed 'R-Line' headreasts, a leather steering wheel, gearshifter and handbrake and other touches for the dash and doors.
The R-Line packages will be available only in Europe for now, offered in combination with the 1.4 TSI, 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TDI engines.
