It is the fifth consecutive year for Lexus being ranked the highest amongst luxury brands for customer satisfaction with dealer service.
The J.D. Power and Associates Customer Survey Index (CSI) examines the vehicle owner’s satisfaction when interacting with a service department for repairing and maintenance their cars. There are five measurements used to determine the customer’s satisfaction: service advisor, service facility, service quality, service initiation and vehicle pick up.
“Customer satisfaction is the foundation of Lexus,” said Mark Templin, Lexus group vice president and general manager. “We’re proud of our dealers and their continuous efforts to exceed customer expectations and make Lexus the highest ranked brand in CSI for the 16th time, more than any manufacturer.”
Lexus scored 862 out of 1000 points on the satisfaction scale, followed by Cadillac (858), Jaguar (856), Acura (852) and Infiniti (848).
