A change of ownership was announced for the US branch of Leo Vince, with its long-term Executive Vice President Tim Calhoun being the new boss. So, change of hands, but only in a way.
Calhoun acquired Leo Vince USA through his Geared Up Powersports LLC, a California-based company and is now the new CEO and President.
The Italian mother company of Leo Vince's family of brands, Sito Gruppo Industriale has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Geared Up Powersports. Calhoun's company will continue business under the name of Leo Vince USA, with no interruptions in its operations.
Leo Vince USA will also keep on expanding the presence of its brands in the North American markets. Currently, Leo Vince USA is distributing GPR Stabilizers, Bridgestone Racing Tires, Airoh Helmets, Vortex, BMC Filters, USWE and the innovative new Dion Device for race bikes.
