Land Rover has announced that it will introduce new Discovery 4 “Landmark” Limited Editions in January next year, bringing unique Black and White color schemes to the range.

Both the Santorini Black and Fuji White versions come with interiors that offer a long list of goodies, taking the Discovery range one step further in terms of refinement. The interior can use an Ebony leather finish or an Ivory one, with the latter being a first for the range. The designers have chose a contrasting stitching for the leather, in order to offer a striking look.

The exterior has been gifted with a Santorini Black-finished grille, Satin Black roof rails, tinted windows, as well as 20-inch five-spoke diamond-turned alloy rims that use a gloss black finish.

The Landmark models are only available with the 3.0 liter SDV6 twin-turbo diesel engine. The unit sends the power to the ground using Land Rover’s Terrain Response system, which offers five different settings, catering for both on-road and off-road needs.

"The new Landmark Limited Edition Discovery 4 has been created to offer our customers more choice," said Land Rover design director Gerry McGovern. "The Discovery 4 is already the ultimate all-purpose vehicle, but we’ve brought a new, bolder, more contemporary edge to the design, offering a higher level of luxury in the cabin."

The Land Rover Discovery 4 Landmark limited editions are scheduled to enter the UK market in January next year, with a price of GBP46,945. (EUR55,013 or $75,092 at the current exchange rates).
