Ken Block has changed the face of motorsport forever with his Gymkhana series. Late last year, the late pro rally driver and stunt man filmed one last project, the Electrikhana Two, and it is a bitter-sweet goodbye.
The trailer of the Electrikhana Two has been released, and it features Ken Block driving the Audi S1 Hoonitoron in Mexico City, the place that turned out to be was his last playground. It is the second film that he shot in Mexico after Gymkhana TEN, which featured a Ford Focus RS RX.

This time, Ken will show up doing what he did best: drifting, burnouts, powerslides, jumping, and destroying rubber in clouds of smoke. The trailer starts with a shot of Ken Block descending to meet up with the Audi S1 e-tron quattro Hoonitron at the Plaza de Toros Mexico, in the heart of the Mexican capital.

The video was filmed in late 2022, and it was Ken Block's last one with the company that he founded, Hooligan. It is also the second episode of the Electrikhana featuring the Audi EV, specially built for the project. The first was shot in Las Vegas and was the first collaboration with Audi. It is the car that, after Electrikhana and Electrikhana Two, made its public debut in the hands of the nine-time Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed back in July.

After the first episode of the Electrikhana was released, on a 'Making of' video, Ken Block tagged the modified S1 as the most advanced drift car he had driven up to that moment. At one moment, while doing donuts, the S1 hit 118 mph (190 kph).

The model is powered by two electric motors, one on each axle, delivering together 670 horsepower (680 PS) and 472 lb-ft (640 Nm) of torque. Each of these units weighs just 121 pounds (55 kilograms), transmission included.

Audi and Hooligan will launch the film this December, and it is guaranteed to be a rollercoaster of emotions. Electrikhana Two will be uploaded online almost one year after Ken Block passed away on January 2, 2023, following a snowmobile accident. His death at 55 sent shockwaves around the world.

But the legend lives on. His widow, Lucy, is also a professional rally driver and has campaigned in the 2023 American Rally Association (ARA) session, behind the wheel of the Ford Fiesta. She teamed up with Ken's former co-driver, Alex Gelsomino.

Meanwhile, Ken’s daughter Lia joined a full ARA season, having Alex Gelsomino’s wife, Rhainon, as her co-driver. Lia won the Open 2WD championship and became the youngest ARA champion ever at 16. She also ran in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb on board the Hoonipigasus Porsche in a tribute to her father. Lia began competing in 2021 and joined the Extreme E series with Carl Cox Motorsports in 2023.
