A recent motorbike crash took place in New Zealand which had some rather amusing consequences. The rider was just riding along (apparently a bit too quickly, though) and he reportedly hit a ditch which shot the motorbike, along with its rider, up a tree.
As amusing as that may sound, apparently, the rider was taken to hospital in serious condition. This just goes to show how dangerous motorbikes really are if they are not ridden with care, attention and a little bit of respect for what is, basically, an unstable and overpowered machine. Motorbike riders who take their machines to the limit are extremely brave souls.
We hope the rider was eventually OK, so that he could laugh at the event along with us - but only if he makes a full recovery from his injuries, otherwise, it’s not funny at all.
