Some people just seem to attract bad luck, seemingly for no reason. So too is the case with a man from the Tyne and Wear town of Gateshead, in England.
The owner of the bike has posted two videos showing CCTV footage from the camera he installed in the area overlooking the bike. The first video shows two guys coming in and silently looking around, and then after uncovering it, taking a look at the KTM EXC 250 the owner had spent his savings to buy.
The robbers see that the bike is firmly chained in place, so they leave and return with some huge bolt cutters, and in the second video, they cut the chain and wheel the bike away and disappear. The owner is offering a £1000 (€1,240 / $1560) reward for the safe return of his bike. Details are available in the description of the first video.
