For those of you who want to get a little info on who Jerome Olive is, here's a short history of his activity provided by Renault:

"Jérôme Olive, born on 8 December 1957, is an engineer who graduated from the ICAM school of engineering in 1980. He went to work at Renault's Sandouville plant in 1982. He was involved in the R25 and R21 vehicle projects, occupying various posts concerned with the reliability of procedures and maintenance. In 1985 he joined the SBFM as Investments and Maintenance Manager, then as Production Director. In 1996 he moved to Renault Douai for the start-up of Scenic 1, working as head of the Body-in-White Assembly Department. Francois Fourmont was born on December 24, 1948. He has been working as Managing Director of the Renault group in Romania since March 2008.

Renault took control of Dacia in September 1999 and since then, the Romanian manufacturer sold hundreds of thousands of models outside the domestic market, with all models rebadged and sold as Renaults. The company is currently working on its first SUV which, according to various sources, is likely to go on sale in 2010.
