The event had 75 stands back in 67’ now when it is getting close to its 45th birthday it boasts over 2,000 stands.“This popular event is going from strength to strength with demand for stand space increasing year on year. Advance ticket sales are also well up on last year,” Beaulieu’s Events Manager, Judith Maddox. The stands grew from year to year with all kind of vintage and classic motoring parts, accessories and lots of bargains.
The famous event’s atmosphere can be described by simple saying, “if you can’t find it at Beaulieu, it doesn’t’ exist!” In the Automart there will be available 200 cars on offer ranging from restoration projects to cars in concours condition, meanwhile the Dealermart will offer a selection of classic cars. Furthermore, the Trunk Traders will offer autojumblers the possibility of selling their surplus motoring bits from the back of their cars.
Visitors at the event are able to enjoy all the Beaulieu attractions, including the National Motor Museum’s latest exhibition “Feats of Endurance”. The display will reveal a number of vehicles that have stretched the limits of motoring endurance,plus World of Top Gear, Palace House and Beaulieu Abbey ruins.
