Infiniti comes to greet its new customers with first class services. The latest and unique service will be the Infiniti Personal Assistant that will provide owners 24-hour access to anything their request at the push of the button. A new Infiniti owner can get in touch with his personal assistant by using the mobile phone.

The personal assistant will be there to provide live informations about driving directions, dining suggestions and reservations, movie times, schedule reminders and stock market information.

“The new Infiniti Personal Assistant benefit is a great addition to the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience, providing true ‘anything, anytime, anywhere’ concierge service with the personal touch of talking to real people, not some computer data site.There’s seemingly no limit what Infiniti Personal Assistant can do for you – adding to the pleasure of driving and owning an Infiniti vehicle”. said Infiniti America’s Vice president Ben Poore.

Infiniti breaks the ice with this kind of service, considering that it is the first luxury automobile brand to offer this type of service nationally in the U.S. Infiniti purchasers are being registered before taking delivery of their new car, and can begin using the service immediately.

The service will also be available via e-mails, text messaging and online portals. The Infiniti Personal Assistant benefit will be cost free for the 4 years of Infiniti ownership. Adding that, 4-year companion accounts (providing access from an additional phone number) are also available at a minimal cost.

"Through this program Infiniti manages to respond to individual needs providing professional assistance at anytime showing its care for the company’s customers," the company claims.
