When the Individual program from BMW was released everyone wanted to get a piece of it. That created outstanding waiting periods for anxious BMW fans that ultimately almost ruined the joy of getting a new Bimmer. That's why one Bimmer-head turned to iND to create an M3 dressed in Atlantis Metallic Blue, a color that's available only through BMW's Individual program.
However, this was not just a job for the iND technician that works with paint. This was a complex project that took just one month to complete whereas the BMW delivery time was around 1 year.
The owner bought a standard Alpine White E92 M3 and took it to the shop with only 29 miles (46 km) on the odometer. From there on everything changed. The car was stripped down to the chassis and painted in the Individual Atlantis Metallic Blue color that has our heart racing every time we see it.
The engine was upgraded with an ESS VT2-600 Supercharger system, and an Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust taking the car's power output up to 522 WHP. A roll-cage was fitted inside the car, in the same Atlantis color and custom Carbon Fibre door panels and rear interior section from Ericsson.
The seats were replaced and GTS imported seats were installed after being covered in the finest black leather. The only fitting wheels for this race-track M3 were BBS FIs all covered with black glossy paint. They highlight the Brembo Big Brake kits fitted on this amazing M3.
Overall the car look unbelievable and the fact that it was ready in just a month makes a strong case for iND. The most impressive thing about though, is not that it looks good, it's that it drives crazy and is ready to hit the race track at any moment.
