BMW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz tuner Rimier Motorsport decided to create an unique E92 M3 for the simple reason that they can. The result is impressive but at the same time special.
You might wonder where the name came from. Well it's the name of the best pilot in the US Armed Forces' History. That means that the project had to be special too. The base car is fitted with the 4-liter V8 S65 420 HP engine hooked up to a DCT automatic gearbox.
The M3 has been fitted with 19" BBS CH wheels with Michelin Super Sport tires for those times when you're just going for a ride around town. When going to the track Mr Hartmann is fitted with 19" SSR Type C wheels and Continental race slicks. The suspension has been replaced with a new JRZ RS1 coilover system and Ground Control camber plates.
The exterior enhancements include the carbon fibre pieces provided by Mode Carbon like the front bumper Variant II GTS Spoiler and the rear end's all new LM Race-Series diffuser. Of course, you just couldn't miss the Arctic Splinter Camouflage that was done in-house by Rimier Motorsports.
The performance was tuned just a little and the car has been fitted with a new BMC filter, Active Autowerke Underdrive Pulley and an Innotech header back iPE Valvetronic exhaust for that tiny edge that will ensure your victory on the track.
