The fuel injectors are among the easiest parts you can remove from a Toyota VVTi engine, due to its accessible localization and simple mounting style.
You will only need a 10, 12 mm socket ratchet. Here are the steps:
Open the hood and remove the engine’s plastic cover
Disconnect the battery terminal
Locate the fuel rail according to the video bellow
Disconnect the electric plugs from each injector
Use the wrench and remove the two bolts holding the fuel line
There is another 10 mm bolt on the side holding the thin fuel line which you’ll have to remove
Take out the fuel line plastic safety connector according to the video and remove the flexible fuel line
Remove the fuel rail and the injectors found beneath.
