Normally, if you want to make your car fresh, you take a hose, soap, a fluffy sponge and start washing it thoroughly.
For the interior, you can vacuum the floor, wash the carpets and dust off the dashboard. To make it better, you can also hang an air freshener to the rear view mirror.
