The installment is very easy and you’ll need a Phillips screwdriver, scissors, some duct tape and the aftermarket antenna of course. Here is how to do it.
Unscrew the standard antenna from its mount on the roof top
Take the shark fin one and screw its terminal to the place where the original one was
Check if the radio works good
Make sure the roof area around the antenna is clean
Put the fin over the fixture, make sure it’s straight and place the provided template over it and fix it with some tape
Peel the fixing tape under the antenna and place it back according to the tamplate
