One of the delicious treats offered by any LEGO build is that you can enjoy the unboxing sensation over and over again. Zooming in on this feeling, we're here to talk about how fast a LEGO contraption we all love, namely the Porsche 918 Spyder, can be built.
We've brought along a speed build video, which puts things on fast forward. Even with this rushed approach, there's an extremely satisfactory sensation about seeing the three packages that make up this kit being opened and then noticing how the 151 plastic bricks are put together to form the toy version of the hybrid hypercar.

In case you're wondering about the financial side of such a way to pass the time, you should know this kit is offered for $14.99 or €14.99.

Those of you familiar with the LEGO universe might be thinking about the limited possibilities offered by this 918 Spyder package, which comes due to the fact that we are dealing with a LEGO Speed Champions kit (a basic approach of the Dutch toy maker).

Well, if you're in the market for more complex LEGO Porsches, you'll be thrilled to find out that Porsche has recently shown us a concept for its take on the 991-generation 911 GT3 RS.

Being included in the Lego Technic collection, the plastic track toy offers all sorts of rich details, with the most important one we could discover so far being a set of functional PDK paddle shifters.

While we've only seen the GT3 RS kit in prototype form, this will land on shelves later in the year. However, a serious build requires a matching price - while there's no official work on the financial side yet, expect the kit to set you back about $100.

Oh well, since the actual GT3 RS comes with a starting price of $175,900, we couldn't expect the LEGO Technic version to be offered for free, right?
