The new MINI coupe is one busy little car, as it’s going on a new adventure every day, but we managed to finally catch up with it when it stopped in Frankfurt to pose and show off. The British have actually brought down a couple of car designed after back-to-front hats.
The coolest of the all is the mighty JCW Coupe, which sports a number of interesting features, including go-faster stripes and a 211 horsepower 1.6-liter turbo that pushes the car rom 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 6.4 seconds and has a top speed of 240 km/h (149 mph). Despite the hothatch performance, the JCW Coupe averages 7.1 liters per 100 kilometers (39.8 mpg) and only emits 165 g/km of CO2.

In addition, MINI has brought over the Cooper S Coupe with the same engine, only a bit less power - 184 hp.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
