Ford Unveils First Special Edition Fiesta

Ford Fiesta is already a successful model in European markets after posting high sales with the help of government incentives. In an attempt to continue the success of the car and allow customers to get more features from their Fiesta, the US-based manufacturer launched the first special edition of the car in the United Kingdom - Titanium Individual.

The Fiesta range is now comprising a total of six models, including Studio, Edge, ECOnetic, Zetec, Titanium and Zetec S.

"We have sold more than 100,000 Fiestas in its first year and we know our customers like to personalise their Fiestas. The new line up with the fabulous Individual special edition will help them achieve this," Marketing Director, Ford of Britain, Mark Simpson said in a release.

The new Fiesta Titanium Individual comes with several premium luxury features, "rarely found in small cars", as the company said in the statement. This provides a saving of £100 over a similarly equipped Titanium model.

The new version will be offered in six exterior colors and a special red interior. Additionally, the car comes with 16-inch, seven-spoke alloy wheels, Bluetooth with USB and unique premium leather seats in red and silver.

Ford Fiesta will also be launched in the United States, with the first public display scheduled for the LA Auto SHow.

"This is the perfect time to show the North American Fiesta," said Sam De La Garza, Ford Fiesta marketing manager. "The Fiesta Movement will have wrapped up, and after hearing so much about this car leading up to the reveal, everyone will finally get to see what we are so excited about."
