Now that we've seen what the Blue Oval is cooking fro this year's edition of the SEMA event in terms of small cars and trucks, it's time to also talk about its SUV offensive. Ford will bring three custom incarnation of the Explorer to the event, which each one using a totally different approach.
The three designs are being created by DSO Eyewear, Stitchcraft Interiors and Tjin. The first brings an upper class look, with a lowered suspension, 24-inch rims, a Katzkin leather finish for the cabin and a Pearl White coat.
As for the Stitchcraft Interiors Explorer, this uses the “Business Edition” designation, coming with a Seaside Collision exterior finish, an Orion ICE system and a mix of leather and Alcantara for the interior.
Last but certainly not least, we have Tjin’s take on the Explorer, which comes with a steam punk flavor, using 24-inch rims, Eibach suspension which brings it closer to the road, Baer stopping power, as well as LightWurkz LED headlights.
