While Scion has introduced the iQ model at the New York International Auto Show, U.S. tuner Five Axis showcased a custom version of the minicar, featuring both visual and performance upgrades.

The customized vehicle features a complete body kit that offers it an even sportier appearance. The front fascia now uses a new type of grill for the lateral air vents and comes with LED daytime running lights. In addition to that, the iQ got bolder wheel arches and new side skirts, as well as a redesigned rear bumper, which comes with angular exhaust tips that integrate perfectly in the vehicle’s design.

The Five Axis Scion IQ is dressed in a special Titanium paint and rides on bespoke 18 inch wheels, which match its exterior color and are wrapped in 215/40 Yokohama tires.
The vehicle has received a “Custom Big Brake Kit” that comes with 328x28 2 piece rotors & 4 piston calipers for the front axle and 282x28 mm 2 piece rotors & 2 piston calipers for the rear one. The suspension system has also been replaced with a performance-orientated one.

Five Axis has paid special attention to the iQ’s interior, where it has fitted custom trims that come in a wide range of colors, a leather finish for the seats, new floor mats, fresh materials and a bespoke upholstery.

Elegance and sophistication were the primary influences for the iQ show car.  This is evident with its unique exterior color called Titanium, consisting of pearl bismuth silver that is accented with black chrome,” stated the press release.
