The Ferrari brand just got hotter - literally: The Prancing Horse recently opened a new store in a volcano!

Called the Ferrari Pit Stop, the site is located in Nola, at the Volcano Buono service centre, which sits pretty close to Mount Vesuvius. We are talking about a structure( the service centre) that measures 40 meters in height with a surface of 500,000 square meters. The building has a cone shape that reminds of the Mount Vesuvius. As for the new store, it covers 900 square meters on one floor.

The store comes with a special design, welcoming customers to a world that uses a Ferrari racing design. The furniture is made of boxes used by the F1 team for Grand Prix trips, with the walls being covered in perforated plates.

The store includes a “Fan Collection” of clothes and accessories for men, women and children, models of Ferrari cars from all ages, as well as hi-tech goodies. It also comes with a replica pit that allows fans to enjoy the Ferrari Virtual Academy racing simulator.

The store is a new concept embracing challenges and triumphs of over 60 years, inflaming the passion and the legend of Ferrari, representing a point of reference for the fans, also thanks to a mega-screen in the shop, where the fans can follow the Grands Prix and the team's events live."

"The Ferrari Pit Stop in Nola is the first shop of its kind, while others will follow all over the world, including mobile Pit Stops at the Grands Prix and at events where Ferrari fans are involved,
” stated the press release.
