As far as crowd-pulling goes, virtually nothing can do it better than a bunch of Ferraris, on a track. However, when a bunch equates to over 1,000 cars, the appeal for petrolheads is undeniable. Well, Ferrari will be organizing a 1,000-strong parade at the Silverstone track, in the UK.
The proceedings will be opened by Brazilian Ferrari F1 team driver, Felipe Massa, who will lead the pack in a 458 Spider. He will be followed by members of the British Ferrari Owners’ Club who will be participating as part of the Ferrari Racing days event, in an effort to raise funds.

Ferrari is reportedly donating a whopping £5 for each car that participates, and all the money is going to “BEN” (a dedicated UK charity which helps those who work or have worked in the automotive industry).

Expect to see all sorts of Ferraris present at the event, including the FXX and 599XX, as well as historic one-seaters and other classics.
