The London Police force has seen better days than last week, when a police BMW hit a Ferrari 458 Spider in a minor misdemeanor accident. The aftermath of the accident was caught on tape by a curious bystander with a camera phone.
Whilst, at first, it doesn’t look like anything serious but, at what prices the Ferrari dealerships are asking for even opening the door, this repair will cost an arm and a leg.
According to the uploader, the police force will have to pay, as the accident occurred when the owner of the 458 wanted to park and the officer behind the wheel of the BMW wanted to make an U-Turn, rear-ending the Ferrari.
No matter how funny it is to see the police car kissing the rear-end of a supercar, with the lights still flashing, we’d rather see such expensive cars on the road, going 100 mph than in this kind of situations.
