F1 Car Cutaway Explains Racing Anatomy

Did you think that F1 mechanics don’t have other-than-basic-work hobbies that are also related to cars? Of course they do, and what cars could they think about if not the most advanced in the world, the F1 racers?
The latest example of this comes from Sauber F1 Team, whose mechanics have spent extra-hours time over the past few years to create this F1 car cutaway. The team has now released a video that takes the dissection deep, with Chief Designer Matt Moris explaining where all the bits and pieces are located.

The clip also sees F1 driver Sergio Perez demonstrating the complex driving position, so we’re inviting you to hit the “play” button, but not before you press the little “record” button in your brain, shut the door and pay close attention to the video.
