Why do we like superyacht concepts so much? One of the conclusions I've reached is that they allow us to dream of an extravagant life, be it real or fantasy.
Folks, that's what we're looking at, a fantasy. The vessel you have before you is known as the EXPOSÉ from Icon Yachts. They are known for building some of the most extravagant vessels around, but I personally chose this project as it shows how this company envisions the future. Here, to get a quick idea, have a look in the gallery if you haven't done so already.

Now, what we see is only an exterior, nothing else. The team responsible for this exterior is Impossible Productions Ink LLC. This New York-based crew has been responsible for several vessels in the past, but it seems their website is no longer up and running, so any more information on them is difficult to find.

As for the EXPOSÉ, this vessel comes in with 120 meters (394 ft) of length. This makes it not only big enough for multiple decks, but as we can see in the images from the gallery, it's also large enough for two helicopter pads.

Another important aspect of this ship is the fact that its superstructure is designed to be built separate from the hull. This creates a floating superstructure which allows for a complete panoramic view from the main deck. Not only that, but this view can also be enjoyed from both indoors and out.

Let's say for a moment that you're a guest on this ship. Your helicopter would be landing at the rear where you’re to be greeted by a large swimming pool with lounges and entrance to the interior. What better way to be greeted when arriving on a yacht than with sun-kissed skin.

As far as that interior goes, we have absolutely no images to give us an idea of how everything is positioned or the level of opulence inside. Why? Well, anytime a concept like this is created, it's more to offer a visual representation of what is possible by the teams. That being said, the interior of such ships is to be designed with the input of the future owner.

However, Icon did not refrain from letting us know that the interior is meant to include a number of living spaces such as lounges, spas, movie theaters, bars, and plenty of toys, which I'll get into shortly. One thing I want to mention about each of the decks we see, is the massive amount of lounging spaces. It seems that each deck includes seating, tables, and lounge beds to make sure all your guests have the tan they want.

But when you travel the world in style, you're sure to need a garage for all your toys and supercars. One of the features that you'll find on the EXPOSÉ is the inclusion of a supercar and art exhibition area with multiple tender garages. In one of those garages, you will also find a 27.8-ft (8.5 m) submarine. Yes people, a submarine. If that's not enough, there's also a wine cellar and humidor room for your freshly acquired Cubans. To top it all off, there are 43 crew members taking care of you and your guests.

Personally, if I had the money to buy something like this I wouldn't. But then again, I've never had the money to buy something like this, so I don't really know what I would do. Maybe I just pick up a Porsche Design boat instead.
