Canadian tiny home brands have built a solid reputation in the industry, and for good reason. Anyone looking for the finest craftsmanship, paired with clever design and premium equipment, has the best chance of finding it in one of these builders' portfolios. Helikon is one of the most impressive models designed by Summit Tiny Homes, boasting uncompromising functionality and flawless style.
Summit Tiny Homes models are instantly recognizable due to their majestic, carefully crafted exteriors. Other brands prefer to keep the exterior as minimalistic as possible and focus only on what's inside. With these homes, however, each silhouette is a work of art. They're the kind of homes on wheels you'd be proud to show off and guaranteed to turn heads on the road.

Helikon catches the eye with its dual look, giving off the impression of two different halves brought together. The slight asymmetry, combined with a strong contrast in color and texture, creates a striking visual effect. Helikon looks rustic and contemporary at the same time. One thing's for sure – once you saw it, it would be hard to forget.

The extra-large sliding doors made of glass are the home's main connection to the outdoors. Although fitted with decent-sized windows, Helikon isn't trying to create the illusion of an indoor-outdoor space. Like all tiny houses of rustic inspiration, it focuses on a feeling of coziness and protection against the elements without becoming too isolating.

Inside, instead of the common Scandinavian-inspired minimalism, you'll be delighted to discover a rustic aesthetic enveloped in timeless elegance. Woodwork abounds in its finest form. Rustic ceilings replace the typical white ceilings, creating a seamless harmony with the flooring in similar natural shades. Wood beams and other accents are everywhere, creating the magical atmosphere of a cabin in the woods.

Those who consider the kitchen to be the most important part of a home will be happy to explore Helikon's kitchen. It occupies a large part of the house, unencumbered by other rooms. A huge retro-style fridge sits next to the entry. All the other premium appliances are integrated just as seamlessly into the farmhouse-like decor. It's the perfect combination of contemporary comfort and nostalgic style.

The lavish, L-shaped kitchen hides a secret hack. Part of its beautifully crafted countertop is actually a separate dining table. When joined with the main countertop, it adds space for preparing meals and can even double as a practical workspace. When separated, it can be easily moved towards the entry to create an instant dining spot with generous seating.

Large overhead cabinets and shelves add plenty of storage, while two big windows with beautiful wooden frames keep this entire part of the house filled with natural light and fresh air.

Helikon creates a seamless transition from the kitchen to the living room area, which can also provide additional accommodation. A huge L-shaped sofa is nestled between the access ladder for the loft and the separating wall between the lounge and the bathroom. This placement adds a touch of privacy – Helikon's living room feels like a cozy, plush cocoon. At the same time, with one large window in front and another one behind it, the sumptuous sofa comes with the best views.

Behind the separating wall, a luxurious bathroom reveals the same sophisticated mix of rustic aesthetic and premium amenities. The walk-in shower, standard toilet, and large vanity ensure the luxurious comfort of a modern abode, while elements like the wood beams and the wood-framed window add a stylish touch.
Ladders are not everyone's favorite, but they are a ubiquitous feature inside rustic tiny homes. Helikon's ladder is massive enough to inspire safety yet integrated so that it doesn't clash with the décor in any way.

The beautiful loft bedroom is all about lavish comfort – a huge, welcoming bed flanked only by wooden benches that double as shelves for easy-to-reach storage. A tiny skylight brings more connection to the outdoors, together with two moderate-sized windows. The loft also comes with a built-in safety wall that ensures enough privacy as well.

The standard Helikon comes at 24 X 8.5 feet (7.3 x 2.5 meters), with a total usable surface of 220 square feet (20.4 square meters). It's smaller compared to other Summit Tiny Homes models, yet so cleverly designed that it feels much bigger. Ideal for one or two people, it can accommodate up to four. A larger version, the Helikon XL, comes with an additional main-floor bedroom.

Pricing starts at CAD 164,499 ($129,999). Several completion dates that are still available for next year come with $5,000 savings. Best of all, the Canadian builder includes its luxurious finishes and fixtures in all standard offers.

Even without any extra features, Helikon could easily be described as a dream home on wheels. The exquisite attention to detail and uncompromising comfort prove that space limitations are perfectly compatible with a luxurious lifestyle.
