EKanoo’s drag-built Lexus IS F has returned to break its own record, coming with a retuned setup that makes it a lot faster.
Last time we saw it, the racing team was testing the newly-built IS and the best time it could achieve was around 10 seconds, which was not that impressive for a car built from scratch only for drag racing and having a huge engine under its hood.
And speaking of the engine, the IS F has a Par Musi custom 649 cubic inches (!) V8 that is also aided by two Pro Mod turbocharges. Total power? Probably over 1300 hp.
So far, EKanoo Racing managed to post a 7.55 seconds time on the quarter mile, but we are sure this can be further improved. Check it in the videos bellow.
