If prizes for recklessness and two-wheeled stupidity were to be handed out then this scooter rider would doubtlessly battle for a podium position.
I'm willing to skip the speeding part, because it just looks like Eastern Asia is the land of speeding scooters. However, having myself sped at times, I fail to understand why was this fellow not paying attention to the traffic ahead...
When doing several miles above the speed limit in the city,any rider in their right mind would be extra-careful and scout ahead for potentially dangerous obstacles or other road users... unless he or she is an East-Asian scooter rider.
Of course, I am not trying to say all chaps are crazy in that part of the world, so no one should feel offended. Still, what's wrong with these guys riding like mad men and crashing silly in situations where an accident was completely avoidable?
