An Emmy Award, three Golden Globe Awards and five Screen Actors Guild Awards nominee, Marcia Cross is by far one of the most successful soap stars in Hollywood’s history. Even though the Desperate Housewives celebrity is sharing room with the rich and famous, it would seem she lives quite the normal life and drives the average cars most Americans do around town.
The 52-year old actress was recently seen driving her classic Range Rover in Los Angeles dressed-in a casual-gym outfit and looking pretty good without wearing any make-up. As long as we can tell, it seems the Range is second-generation model, the one introduced in 1995, with an updated version of the Rover V8 engines. The car also came with the option of a 2.5-liter BMW six-cylinder turbo-diesel with a Bosch injection pump, but it’s hard to tell which Cross is driving.
It’s the last model to feature the Rover V8 and interior leather supplied by Connolly who went out of business in 2002, and also the first to feature Satellite Navigation as an option. Maybe Cross doesn’t really care to much about the looks of her rides, and more for the practicability. And considering she is the mother of two, the SUV definitely offers the right amount of space, so we understand her choice.
