Have you seen the recently-released “Fast and Furious 6”? No, we’re not going to make you read our reviews, but we would like to point out that the series’ latest iteration needed one more car in the making of: Michael Teh’s Toyota MR2.
Starting from the very popular second-generation MR2, also known as the W20, Teh transformed his stock sportscar into one the most intriguing modified MR2s we have ever seen. Enhanced with a TRD widebody replica aero kit, the Toyota also gained a T3/T4 turbocharger under the bonnet and a set of Varrstoen ES matte black rims.
Other alterations included Tein Basic coilovers, front strut bar, Tein Endlinks, OBX camber bolts, Earl’s stainless steel brak lines and cross/driller rotors. And since were talking about a JDM vehicle, a black bonnet and carbon fiber details were also fitted.
