Cops Crash St. Louis ‘Ride of the Century’ Motorcycling Event

The police really seems to enjoy ruining other people’s fun, just because they broke some irrelevant law which they deem important. At a recent event for motorcyclists, a large event held every year for the past ten years, in St. Louis Missouri, called Ride of the Century (ROC).
Hundreds of riders come to the city every year to attend the event, and this year, after meeting up in the city, they take to the highway in large numbers and ride in a relatively civilized manner. However, the police begin closing in from behind, as well as setting up a road block ahead of the motorcyclists, forcing most of them to take to the grass, in order to avoid being arrested.

Now, while the first clip does not show any kind of behavior which would get the cops angry, the second and third videos show why the highway patrol members were so bent on stopping and arresting the motorcyclists. By the end, 13 people were arrested and over 90 tickets were written that day.
