The next installment in the F1 series by UK studio Codemasters is on its way, and it’s so close, it’s almost here. Now, the publisher has launched a demo of F1 2012 on Xbox Live!, ahead of the official September 18th launch date. The demo is strictly limited to the new game mode, called “Young Driver’s Test”, as well as some challenge modes.
In addition to the demo, they have also released a new trailer which tries to capture the appeal of the sport, in two minutes. It shows all the official licensed cars, battling it out for supremacy on the famous circuits F1 fans know and love. It also shows off some of the damage model, weather conditions and various new additions which aim to add yet more realism to the F1 experience.
The game is out Tuesday, September 18th for Xbox, Playstation 3 and PC.
