As the growing-in-popularity performance versions of various pickup trucks come to prove, just because these are workhorses, it doesn't mean they can't put a smile on the driver's face. Of course, the aftermarket community is well aware of this, which is why we get to see more and more custom trucks. Case in point with this [not a Chevrolet Silverado] GMC Sierra, which comes to us in pixel form.
The rendering sitting before us showcases a retired generation of the GMC, with this having received a smooth body treatment.

To be more precise, the meatier fenders are neatly integrated into the factory design - as Abimelec Arellano, the digital artist behind the project aptly points out, the styling language of this Sierra incarnation still looks sharp.

The meatier fenders seem to make wonders, gifting this massive machine with a Coca-Cola bottle shape and it looks like the ducktail spoiler mounted on the roof adds to this sculpted shape.

Of course, the appearance of the machine is also influenced by the machine sitting so close to the road, which is possible thanks to an air suspension. Of course, the #bagged setup means the one behind the wheel can easily lift the vehicle when the driving conditions require this. Oh, and let's not forget the custom wheels, which come from Rotiform, since these are also an incentive.

One might wonder why such an elaborate project doesn't come in a crazier color. Well, let's hear the answer in the words of the gear head who made the color choice.

"I really, really tried to do other colors besides black, but this time I couldn’t help it. Black is *the* color for this Sierra, lol. Looking forward to hearing your opinion on this!" Abimelec explains.

It’s been a while without a pickup truck in the page, don’t you think? I really like the modern GMC Sierras, more specifically the 2009-ish model year, as their design is really simple and clean, and that’s the reason why I personally think it doesn’t look that old or out of style. The design language lends itself to many possibilities, however I tried to keep it smooth with a custom body kit, including molded wider fenders, skirts, a ducktail on the roof, Rotiform wheels, and I really, really tried to do other colors besides black, but this time I couldn’t help it. Black is *the* color for this Sierra Looking forward to hear your opinion on this! Would you like to see more pickup trucks on the page? . . . . . . . . #gmc #sierra #gm #chevy #silverado #1500 #not #a #dually #low #slammed #black #pickup #truck #work #v8 #ls #rotiform #3d #render
