If you haven't had enough factory or otherwise tuned Camaros, than it's time for yet another appearance, this time from GM itself. The American carmaker took the so called Chevrolet Camaro Chroma to the 2009 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show, in an attempt to prove every-tuner wannabe out there that they can play with the car too, thanks to the Chevrolet aftermarket catalogue.
“With its silver graphics on the Summit White paint, this car has a tailored, tone-on-tone appearance that is simultaneously racy and subdued,” Todd Parker, GM Accessory Studio design manager said in a release. “It is a sophisticated-looking car that is easily duplicated by any customer, because all of the parts are available to build it.”
The Chroma, painted in Summit White comes with the obsessive stripes ponies used us with by now, this time in silver as well. Based on the SS/RS version, the Chroma features 21 inch wheels, with silver-painted spoke centers and a Victory Red stripe, “Blade” rear spoiler, rear fender vent graphics and accessory front grille with body-color outer frame. But this is only one interpretation...
“What’s great about the Camaro Chroma is it speaks to the almost unlimited possibilities that the accessories offer,” Parker added. “You can build your Camaro mild or wild, but build it your way.”
If this Camaro doesn't appeal to your senses, than perhaps the Camaro Synergy we presented earlier will. Especially because it will come as a limited production, GM built version in 2010.
